Common Questions

How do I invite a family member?

Once you've created your account, go to Settings and tap "Invite Family Member". Enter their email address, and they'll receive an invitation to join your family group. They'll need to create their own account to accept the invitation.

What if my parent/grandparent doesn't have a smartphone?

Family Care is designed specifically for smartphone users (both iPhone and Android). However, we're exploring options for SMS-based responses in the future. For now, many grandparents find our large buttons and simple design makes using a smartphone much easier!

Can I use Family Care with multiple grandparents?

Yes! You can invite as many family members as you need. Each grandparent will have their own account and can respond to care requests independently.

How do I change or cancel a care request?

Open the request you want to modify and tap "Edit Request" or "Cancel Request". If a grandparent has already confirmed, they'll be notified of any changes.

Is Family Care free?

Yes! The core features of Family Care are completely free. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but coordinating care between family members will always be free.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data. If you just want to take a break, consider logging out instead.
